Wear it, live in it, decide later. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund. No restocking fees, no interrogation.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, a piece must be:
- In its original condition, free of damage beyond normal try on wear.
- Returned with its original packaging and pouch.
- Accompanied by your order number.
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn with any protective backing intact. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email letici@letici.com with your order number and the piece you are returning. We will reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions. Please use a tracked shipping service; we cannot refund packages that go missing on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different piece instead? Tell us in your return email and we will set aside the replacement while your return is on its way, subject to availability. If the piece you want is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Defective or incorrect items
If a piece arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at letici@letici.com with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Our promise
Every piece is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish resistant, and we stand behind that. If your jewelry tarnishes or discolors under normal wear within 30 days, that counts as defective and we will make it right.
