RETURNS
LETICI & CO accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The order number or receipt must be provided.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
• Customized or made‑to‑measure garments.
• Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, hygiene accessories).
• Clearance or promotional items.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless LETICI & CO made an error.
• Partial refunds may have shipping or handling deductions.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for size, color, or model may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours:
