1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

2. Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and order weight.

  • Express shipping (if available): additional fee will apply.

LETICI & CO may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact letici@letici.com.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

LETICI & CO is not responsible for orders undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

LETICI & CO is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are later reported as lost or stolen.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.

8. Pre-Order Items

Items purchased under pre-order may have different delivery times. Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship in a single package once all items are available, unless the customer pays separate shipping for split delivery.
