3. Shipping Costs

LETICI & CO may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

LETICI & CO is not responsible for orders undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

LETICI & CO is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are later reported as lost or stolen.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.


8. Pre-Order Items

Items purchased under pre-order may have different delivery times. Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship in a single package once all items are available, unless the customer pays separate shipping for split delivery.
